Are you an adult living with a long-term health condition and live in West Sussex, Brighton or Hove?
The online Living Well course could help you to learn new skills to better manage your condition and symptoms, in a supportive group environment
The details of the next FREE 6-week online courses are as follows:
- Online: Mondays from 1st June- 6th July 2026 from 1pm-3pm
- Online: Thursdays from 4th June-9th July 2026 from 6pm-8pm

To be eligible to enrol on a LWP course, you must be:
- Over the age of 18 years old
- Registered at a GP surgery in West Sussex, Brighton or Hove
- A resident in West Sussex, Brighton or Hove
- Living with a long term physical and/or mental health condition
